  • Help execute a plan to decrease turnover and improve all Team Members job satisfaction
  • Assist in effectively scheduling all Team Members

Managing Profit -

  • Ensure accurate cash handling, follow all cash procedures for all shifts

Qualifications / Requirements: Experience, Education and Behaviors -

  • Must be fun and outgoing!
  • Some experience in managing people
  • High School degree; Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Ability to maintain deadlines and prioritize while running an effective shift
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
